Pizza Dough
A tasty dough that can be used for any pizza. Ideally chicken pesto pizza.

- Bread Flour -- 250 (g)
- Garlic Powder -- 2 (g)
- Olive Oil -- 20 (g)
- Oregano -- 1 (g)
- Salt -- 3 (g)
- Sugar -- 7 (g)
- Water -- 175 (ml)
- Yeast -- 7 (g)
- Combine flour, yeast (put to one side), salt, sugar, garlic powder, and oregano
- Add oil and 3/4 of the water
- Start mixing together with your hard, like a claw twirling
- Keep mixing and add remainder of water
- Knead very lightly, put in oiled bowl for 2 hours to let rise
- Preheat oven to 220 C
- Spread dough over pan, and brush crust lightly with olive oil
- Cook in oven with toppings for 13 - 20 minutes, depending on toppings
