Pizza Dough

A tasty dough that can be used for any pizza. Ideally chicken pesto pizza.

  • Bread Flour -- 250 (g)
  • Garlic Powder -- 2 (g)
  • Olive Oil -- 20 (g)
  • Oregano -- 1 (g)
  • Salt -- 3 (g)
  • Sugar -- 7 (g)
  • Water -- 175 (ml)
  • Yeast -- 7 (g)
  1. Combine flour, yeast (put to one side), salt, sugar, garlic powder, and oregano
  2. Add oil and 3/4 of the water
  3. Start mixing together with your hard, like a claw twirling
  4. Keep mixing and add remainder of water
  5. Knead very lightly, put in oiled bowl for 2 hours to let rise
  6. Preheat oven to 220 C
  7. Spread dough over pan, and brush crust lightly with olive oil
  8. Cook in oven with toppings for 13 - 20 minutes, depending on toppings
